Poolside Recreation In Arabian Ranches, Dubai

Originally designed to provide shelter over a sunken seating area overlooking the lush green golf course of Arabian Ranches, this poolside recreation underwent some major renovations after being sold into new ownership.

Even though the structure lived up to the expectations of the original owners, the new residents of the villa soon realised the true potential of this outdoor living area and set off to have it developed into something much more versatile.

Cape Reed’s technical, design and operational teams were quick to get involved to transform the available space into a multi-functional outdoor living space.

The existing thatched structure was expanded by more than half of the original size, allowing the owners to add a dining area and fully equipped outdoor kitchen (complete with its own bar seating area), creating a fully customized outdoor living area that’s tailor-made for year-round entertainment, fun and relaxation.

In the process of construction, the Cape Reed team did not only impress the owners with the new poolside recreation, but also with the swift completion of the project and overall professionalism in which the job was carried out.
