We inherited a Cape Reed gazebo in a villa we bought 5 years ago. Although we did not directly purchase from them, their customer service has been excellent. They initially visited when we moved in to advise of the care and maintenance required, and again 5 years later to assist with pigeon proofing our top area where pigeons had decided to start nesting. We supplied the bird spikes and they fitted for free. Great company with an amazing product and customer follow up.
