We are happy to announce that the first phase of the Al Seef development on Dubai Creek has been completed and open to the public.
Al Seef, a leisure destination by Meraas, tells the story of Dubai through architecture and ambiance, enabling visitors to rediscover the heart of the city along its much-loved creek.
With the rich Emirati heritage, history and culture at its core, this development consists of a heritage area, inspired by traditional architecture and a more contemporary area inspired by modern design elements and will have several alleyways, walkways, shops, cafes and restaurants. Along with this, three hotels and a marina for private yachts all come together to bridge the gap between the old and new.
For this phase of the development, Cape Reed completed heritage style barasti shading structures and timber hand railings along the water’s edge.
This development is expected to be Dubai’s next hotspot where a journey through the past and a taste of the local culture will be an unforgettable experience for tourists and locals alike.
