Al Ain Zoo
Rising from the desert environment, with the majestic Jebel Hafeet and Hajar Mountains as backdrop, the Al Ain Zoo really is something special. The Journey Kite Beach
Cape Reed was hired to create a children’s ‘paradise’ in Dubai – somewhere that children could spend time (without technology) and experience fresh air and adventure…. The park is known as ‘The Journey’ and is located just off of Dubai’s Kite Beach. The play structures are as natural-looking as possible and themed to represent a jungle. The coffee shop is aimed at parents and guardians, while the farmer’s market creates a space for children to sell handmade products.

With treasures in every corner, it not only offers a wide range of outdoor and indoor plants, but was also the first ever location for the Middle Eastern office of the Cape Reed Group of Companies. A simple, yet impressive timber cladded cottage with a thatched roof, served both the roles of office as well as show-unit for a relatively unknown product at the time.
